The CAPTEST  is a tough and affordable manual torque tester for regular, repetitive measuring of screw-caps up to 5 N.m in clockwise and anticlockwise directions.  The robust construction  guarantee continuous and reliable operation in laboratory and tough production environments.

The CAPTEST Torque Tester is used to measure and record the torque required for opening and closing
of screw-caps. It will display peak torque applied in clockwise and anticlockwise directions. The CAPTEST can be operated in continuous-reading mode, or to capture peak torque values.  Its stainless-steel housing lends itself for testing caps and closures in medical & pharmaceutical clean-rooms and production areas where the risk of liquid splash is high.

An additional mechanical stop is incorporated into the torque sensor to provide enhanced protection against accidental overload.
